Responsibilities:
Your responsibilities will include:
| Responsible for the production of all aspects of dental technology, specialising in
Ceramics. |
| Implants, Crown & Bridge metal and waxwork, Prosthetics, Plasterwork, Mouth Guards, Splints and Repairs. |
|
Responsible for the preparation and the manufacture of all dental prosthetics. |
|
Responsible for die-trimming models to metal framework wax up stage. |
|
Responsible for wax up frameworks and copings including special attachments, invest and cast metal with gas and centrifugal casting machine. |
|
Responsible for Crown and Bridgework including designing and waxing, casting and finishing all types of post and core. |
|
Pouring of Dental Impressions and preparation for wax ups. |
|
Investing of wax patterns to be casted for preparation of metal work. |
|
Responsible for metal substructures by making all types of framework, including single units, short and long span bridges. |
|
Cast of wax patterns. |
|
Prepare metal work for Ceramic work. |
|
Apply Ceramic to metal substructures. |
|
Complete Ceramic work for dispatch to Dentist. |
|
Packing and dispatching completed work to Dentist. |
|
Ordering of Dental Materials. |
The Person:
The ideal candidate must have the following:
|
A relevant HND / Degree level qualification essential together with some relevant technical work experience |
|
Excellent technical and communication skills essential and must have the ability to work as part of a team. |
|
Must be reliable and articulate |
|
Good IT skills required |
|
Must have proven experience in: Ceramics, Implants, Crown & Bridge metal and waxwork, Prosthetics, Plasterwork, Mouth Guards, Splints and Repairs |
